Law enforcement officers in Fort Worth are in pursuit of a man who is accused of killing a dog by throwing it off a bridge last Thursday.
According to a witness who was driving by the scene of the crime, the suspect was walking the dog on the sidewalk when he suddenly picked up the canine, tossed it over the bridge and walked away.
Investigators found the dog in a creek that is below the bridge. The suspect will face animal cruelty charges when he is caught.
