Nanny to be Re-Tried for 2006 Murder

A nanny will be back in court Monday for a re-trial after her murder conviction in 2006.

A jury found Ada Cuadros guilty of killing 14-month-old Kyle Lazarchik and was sentenced to life in prison.  Cuadros claimed the murder to be an accident.

The 5th District Court of Appeals thought that there was sufficient evidence to issue a re-trial.

The new trial for Cuadros begins on Monday morning at the Collin County Courthouse in Mckinney.
