Two women were caught on surveillance video stuffing $12,000 worth of jewelry and clothing into bags and leaving the stores without paying.
The surveilance videos were released to local news and authorities. Police then received tips that one of the suspects was 58-year-old Linda Dewitt.
Dewitt was arrested for organized retail theft that occurred in two different boutique stores in West University.
