The owner of a topless bar in Dallas was arrested on Monday for conspiring to kill two men who he blamed for the closure of his business.
According to authorities, Ryan Walker Grant hired a hit man to kill two Arlington officials in retaliation for the closing of his topless club Flashdancer.
Grant allegedly paid a man $20,000 to kill a North Texas mayor and his attorney.
Many Arlington officials considered the club a haven for prostitution, drugs and other crimes.
Grant could receive a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
