Police officers in Harris County have arrested a suspect in a year-old murder case who is accused of robbing and killing a strip club patron.
Police arrested Kevin Johnson on Wednesday afternoon in north Harris County.
The suspect’s girlfriend, Luerissie Ross, worked at the club as a dancer. Her stage name is Pocahontas. She would sometimes invite the club’s customers to her apartment, where Johnson would rob them.
In December 2011 Ross brought Budrohoe Briscoe back to her home. Johnson then supposedly stole from him and shot him several times.
Ross is currently serving time for capital murder.
