A Houston man was arrested for allegedly raping a woman after tricking her into thinking he is a law enforcement officer.
In August, Michael Wayne Carter, 50, demanded the victim to get into his car and threatened to incarcerate her if she did not cooperate. He has also been charged with aggravated kidnapping and impersonating a police officer.
His bail is set at $100,000.
