An unidentified man attempted to fondle a boy as he sat in a SUV outside of a southwest Houston fast-food restaurant on Saturday afternoon.
The child’s mom went inside to place an order and left her son in the passenger seat with the windows down and the engine running. The man had approached the vehicle, opened the door and tried to unzip the boy’s pants to fondle him. The boy then screamed loudly and scared the man away.
