A Virginia man was granted a conditional pardon after he was convicted of a sexual assault that he did not commit.
Johnathan Montgomery, 26, was released from prison on Tuesday night. In 2008, he was sentenced to more than seven years in prison after he was found guilty of raping Elizabeth Paige Coast. The alleged victim claimed that he assaulted her in 2000 when he was 14-years-old and she was 10.
Coast has since changed her story. She was arrested for perjury and released on bond.
