Cesar Chavez, 58, was accused of sexually assaulting a child at his home daycare.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has charged Chavez with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Chavez has been accused of sexually assaulting two girls in separate incidents at the daycare run by him and his wife, according to authorities.
The parents of the children reported the incident to police in February.
