A man in Baytown who allegedly robbed and sexually assaulted a pizza deliverywoman at knife point was arrested after returning to order food, police said.
20-year-old James Jackson III was charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated sexual assault and is also a suspect of a Valero robbery.
Jackson approached the delivery driver at an intersection with a knife and got in her backseat, according to reports. The suspect robbed her and then took her to an apartment complex where he allegedly sexually assaulted her before running away.
Police were called to the dominoes a couple months later on a report that there was a man ordering food who had stolen wings in the past.
The delivery woman identified Jackson as the person who attacked her.
